Hi, I’m Eugene — a Project Manager for life.I’ve managed multiple businesses: from launching regional branches for major companies and leading a team of 16, to running retail chains and producing creative projects at church. Full-cycle — from planning and hiring to execution.Today, my mission is simple:
Help people avoid burnout by building small, meaningful businesses that bring joy and extra income.
I’m starting these projects in Poland and plan to expand globally — step by step — so anyone can realize their potential.Right now, I’m completing the Google Project Management course, and by fall 2025, I’ll get my first job as a PM in the tech industry — because this is what I truly love. I’m stepping into IT, AI, apps, and cloud platforms — not just as a curious learner, but as a future tech-focused Project Manager who thrives on bold ideas and turning them into reality.

My beloved wife TANYA

I’m not a public figure, but I can say a lot about my husband. In August 2025, we’ll celebrate 20 years as a family.
He’s one of the kindest, most caring people I know — and never sits still. He’s always creating something, always moving forward, and most importantly — he follows through. That’s why I call him “the strategist.” Eugene has always loved building projects — while others hesitate, he sits down, maps out a path from scratch, and steps into the unknown. Even when he starts with zero knowledge, he quickly figures it out — and somehow, it always works.
I see how much he does to make our family happy. He constantly teaches our children to make good choices. And when I ask, “Could you make me a coffee?” — he’s already getting dressed to go buy me my favorite croissant :)
I know 100% that money will never corrupt his heart — it hasn’t so far, and he’s on the right path.
He’s helped so many people already.
